59 | President, Executive Creative Director – AE & Aerie
Jennifer Foyle transformed Aerie from a $225 million intimates brand into a $2 billion business while making authenticity central to the brand’s identity. She championed the retailer’s pioneering 2014 AerieREAL campaign, which pledged to stop retouching models in its advertising years before body positivity became an industry norm. As president and executive creative director of AE & Aerie, she continues to shape the brand’s creative vision and long-term strategy.
