WHAT. A. YEAR. FOR. PRIDE. From parades and 5K races to private shopping events – 2023 was a remarkable year of uplifting and empowering the LGBTQ+ community alongside our AEO associates.
Led by the incredible efforts of our Real Pride Network, we focused on connection and what it means to serve those in need, support one another and celebrate what makes us real.
Throughout the year, associates from our Corporate, DC and Store populations showed up in a big way to promote inclusion, equality and a sense of belonging in communities across the country.
We are incredibly proud of our networks and connections for their dedication to fostering an environment where everyone can bring their whole, authentic selves to work each day. Our company and culture are built on the foundation of being inclusive and welcoming, and we will continue to do our part to ensure our associates, customers and AEO community always feel respected and recognized.
