Campus Recruiting

Our purpose is to show the world that there is REAL power in the optimism of youth. We believe in people, integrity, passion, innovation and teamwork. We recruit the best and brightest and are dedicated to providing opportunities for our future retail leaders.

Each year we visit colleges and universities across the country to recruit college sophomores, rising seniors and recent grads to join AEO and learn what it takes to design, create, market and sell your favorite American Eagle and Aerie products.
